Muscle Tendon Change Seminar
Join us as we present an opportunity to study the famous Yi Jin Jing, (Muscle Tendon Change) form with guest teachers from China. Made famous by the Shaolin monks of legend, this form is widely practiced by Buddhists, Taoists, and Qigong cultivators in China.
Guest lecturer from the Chinese Qigong Association in Beijing, China will present the complete Muscle Tendon Change (Yi Jin Jing) form.
