This course is part of the Applied Qigong for Holistic Healing Certification Program, a 36 hour professional development program designed for those who wish to learn the healing and cultivation methods of traditional Chinese Qigong.

Purpose

A comprehensive introduction to the theory and practice of the Internal Alchemy (Nei Dan): this 3-day intensive course will provide a cultural translation of the alchemical vocabulary and process, unveiling the mysterious codes of the esoteric practice designed to access cosmic Qi and return to the Tao.

Embark on a self-discovery journey of your own spirit, discover your true purpose in life, and uncover the real nature of human beings through stillness, stories and creative writing. You will learn the the cultural background and methods of this ancient practice in the context of Taoist and Buddhist frameworks; and ultimately, to facilitate internal transformations at both personal and societal level.

Successful completion of this course will result in the awarding of 18 contact hours.
