Experience the original style of Tai Chi (Taiji Quan) which comes to us directly from Grandmaster Chen. You will learn Silk Reeling, Qigong, warm-ups, push hands and forms.
This class is suitable for all level of experience.
A DVD of the Tai Chi exercises and forms is available.
Earn Qigong and Tai Chi Certification
Students who complete the training will receive 6 hours credit towards our Qigong and Tai Chi Certification Program
