Tai Chi for Health

Tai Chi for Health (Taiji) is a program designed for those who are interested in the health aspects of Tai Chi Chuan. This program focuses on mind-body well-being. The curriculum includes the study of form, solo exercises, and Tai Chi principles. This program is a natural complement to the Qigong programs.

Chen Tai Chi Chuan (Martial Program)

The Chen Tai Chi Chuan Martial Program extends the Tai Chi training to include all traditional aspects of Tai Chi Chuan training. Students will learn, applications, conditioning, san shou, weapons, fajing, and advanced Tai Chi principles.

All Tai Chi Chuan programs are based upon authentic Chen family Tai Chi Chuan methods.
