Wudang Qigong

Wudang Internal Arts as taught by TCCII is authentic internal energy training from Wudang Mountain in China. This program includes Wudang Qigong (Wutang Chi Kung), Wudang Tai Chi Chuan, Wudang Kung Fu, and Wudang Internal Alchemy. Wudang is considered to have one of the highest forms of Qigong and Alchemy in the world.

Qigong is a Chinese method of developing your personal energy. Various methods of Qigong and Nei Gong (Nei Kung) are taught including structural alignment, breathing, relaxation, movement, and meditation. Advanced student have the opportunity to learn Internal Alchemy or Nei Dan. These techniques come from the Wudang Shan Longmen Pai (Wudang Mountain Dragon Gate School) through Tseng Yun Xiang (Wudang Name Master Chen) a 25th generation Wudang Longmen Pai Taoist Priest.

Student: Balancing the Five Elements

Level 1: Eight Pieces Brocade, Post Standing, Hard Qigong I, Tao Yin I
Level 2: Eight Healing Sounds, Primordial Qigong, Hard Qigong II, Tao Yin II
Level 3: Shen Dian, Yin-Yang Palms, Hard Qigong III, Tao Yin III

Optional Courses: TaiChi Qigong Level I, Wudang Kung Fu Foundation

Student: Harmonizing Yin and Yang

Level 1: Tai Yi Chi Kung, Tao Yin IV
Level 2: Tai Yi Alchemy (1-3), Tao Yin V
Level 3: Tai Yi Alchemy (4-6), Tao Yin VI (Tai Yi Tao Yin)

Optional Courses: TaiChi Qigong Level II, Wudang Tai Chi Short Form, Wudang Kung Fu

Student: Integrating the Three Treasures

Level 1: Yang Shen Qigong, External Qi Healing I
Level 2: Walking Crane Qigong, External Qi Healing II
Level 3: External Qi Healing III, Candidate for Longmen Alchemy Training
